Delivery Information
At Autic, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy comfort without compromise.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12pm may be processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days
• Delivery charge: Calculated at checkout based on courier and service selected.
Free Delivery
• Free UK delivery on orders over £40.00
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, courier details and tracking link where applicable. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

At this time, Autic ships within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
