Returns & Refund Policy – Autic Designs

At Autic, we want you to feel comfortable in every sense of the word. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Be returned in the original packaging, where possible

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at contactus@autic.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will then provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Incorrectly supplied

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, please contact us at contactus@autic.co.uk. We will do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue, so we can resolve this quickly.
